walking

walking tips:
  • Daily walking is very healthy. 
  • Walking on sea shore makes you feel fresh , it will give fresh air and we can avoid pollution.
  • Wear walking shoes, it will be very comfortable.
  • Keep listening music while walking makes us forget the stress of walking , it makes free from disturbances.
  • Morning walk is very good for Health.
  • check your weight and BMI for 15 days regularly.
  • Take one glass of water before go for walking .


    advantages :






    • If we walk daily, our body will updatedly refresh from our daily health conditions
    • Health from regular walking  makes man perfect.
    •  sweat appearing from your body, that means it indicates how much you walked.
    • It helps you to prevent from  heart disease, type-II diabetes breast and colon cancer.
    • Cholesterol will be reduced.
    Disadvantages:
    • Don't walk unnecessarily in the noon time, It makes u dozy.
    • So , please avoid walking at unusual time.
    • After walking , immediately don't eat any thing or don't drink any thing.it will cause u some pain in heart.
    Note:
    • Walk up to 6 miles.
    • Keep a goal of walking comfortably up to 30 min
